Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Unit
Carefully repackage your fireplace or accessory in its original crate or box, ensuring all hardware, remotes, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the package and schedule a carrier pickup or drop off the item at an authorized shipping center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
