Do you offer professional installation services?

While Luxe Fireplaces does not provide direct installation, we partner with a nationwide network of certified NFI technicians. We can provide a list of recommended installers in your local area upon purchase.

What is the typical shipping timeframe for a fireplace unit?

Standard units typically ship within 5-7 business days. Custom orders or oversized hearths may take 3-5 weeks for freight delivery. You will receive a tracking number and a delivery appointment window once your order leaves our warehouse.

Are your electric fireplaces energy efficient?

Yes, our electric models use advanced LED technology and zone heating, allowing you to warm a specific room without raising the thermostat for the entire house. Most models cost only pennies per hour to operate.

What is your return policy for large items?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size and weight of fireplaces, a restocking fee and return freight charges may apply.

Do I need a chimney to install a Luxe Fireplace?

Not necessarily. While our wood-burning models require traditional venting, we offer a wide range of ventless gas fireplaces and electric units that require no chimney or external venting at all.

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?

All Luxe Fireplaces come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty. Many of our premium brands offer extended 5-year or limited lifetime warranties on the heat exchanger and burner components.
